Ok just so I have this straight: Obama says torturing terrorists is bad, we need to close Guantanamo Bay, illegal combatants & terrorists should be tried with habeas corpus rights in civilian courts, but an American citizen (albeit a very bad American citizen) can be executed without indictment or trial, at will by a US President? Show me where that is in the Constitution. Bush and waterboarding terrorists is a crime according to the liberal left, but an assassination of a US citizen is not?
